So today was the big day, the day I reveal who I've have been spoiling, and who has been spoiling me. And...drumroll please...I have been sending stuff to Omar of K2tog. He has the neatest blog that he shares with his girlfriend, hence the name K2tog. Clever, huh? I was definitely surprised when I was assigned a male secret pal, not that I minded, but I had to rethink some things. Some of the items that I had already picked up were too girly, I didn't think he'd appreciate a bunch of Hello Kitty stuff or pink yarn. Ha! It was really fun though trying to find just the right patterns and yarn, it helped that I have a brother-in-law who is an avid knitter and was willing to give me some pointers!! He should be receiving his final gift any day now!! I can't wait to find out if he liked it.
My secret pal that has been spoiling me is still a mystery. The only thing that I know about her is that she lives in California. Possibly L.A., or a suburb of L.A. I can't wait to know who you are Secret Pal! I have throughly enjoyed the comments you have left over the past few months, the journal (my roomate is jealous, she really wants one!), and Koigu...do I really need to say anything? I mean, it's Koigu?! Who wouldn't love that!!

Don't think I've forgotten about you because I haven't!
Due to some lucky, but all be it strange, circumstance at work, I was promoted twice the previous month. My part-time job became full time with lots of over time. It all happened rather quickly, and I'm learning everything as I go along (management). It has taken up a lot of my personal time, so I had to ask for a day off next week to go shopping for your prezzies.
I didn't want to be rushed or hurried in getting you something. I promise, you'll get a generous gift from me, and I'm guessing you'll love it.
Mark my words ;)
I thought about telling you who I am, but I think it best to wait until you open your last gift.

Of course I don't maind waiting longer...for presents...are you kidding me?! I knew that you hadn't forgotten me, I was just hinting and putting some feelers out there. I always love to try to figure "secret" stuff out, and I have NO idea who you are. It's like a game to me;-) Wow, two promotions. As long as you're getting paid the overtime, it sounds like a good thing, right? So, no hints...at all, huh?! I can't get one little hint *wink, wink*
