Oops, the day is over...
...and I didn't even update about any of the Fry-Up participants! This day just got away from me! Soooo, I will make Wednesday my knitalong day this week! Stay tuned tomorrow for lots of exciting news on how things are cookin'!
I have had a few people ask me what I ever decided about naming my computer...well, after much thought and careful consideration, may I present you with...Blanche and her trusty sidekick Pinky!
Thanks to Chris of Skittermagoo! for coming up with a name that just won't get out of my head! Thanks to everyone for playing...I loved Chiclet, Chou Chou, Frenchy, and all the other great suggestions but Blanche won out in the end. I'll be sending something your way soon Chris!! And what is that in the picture with Blanche and Pinky? Is that my Crusoe sock? Why yes it is! It's coming along slowly...but surely!
That's so cute. I just bought a new powerbook on Sunday and I was thinking about calling her tinnie (coz of her metal clothes), but Darin suggested Tina which is much cuter. I wish Tina had a sidekick like pinky....instead I've ordered her an ipod shuffle mate (any suggestions for names???)
