Have you seen it?

On the knitting front:
If you have ever knit a Clapotis, than you need to go check this out! It's the Clapotis hat! Amy designed it after she knit her first Clapotis, and it's awesome! I am definitely going to knit one myself because I will have tons and tons of extra yarn when I'm done. Such a cute pattern...I'm constantly amazed at all the talented knitbloggers out there!

I'm working on the stitchmarker tutorial, and I hope to take some pictures in the next day or so!! What an overwhelmingly positive response...thanks everyone!

I took this picture last week...I drive by this tree everyday when I leave my neighborhood. Wow! I love Spring! I love flowering trees! It almost makes me want to live in a place with trees like this year round, but I love Colorado...so I just have to be happy with Spring trees. Here's a close up of the branches. The flowers are a beautiful pale pink color, I love it!

Hi - I've been reading your blog for a while (love it!) and had to comment on the flowering trees - it hasn't been that long since you took pictures of your freak snowstorm - what's going on out there in Colorado?

We just got back from CO and those are everywhere. They're so pretty...do you know what kind of trees they are?

That is so beautiful! My sister in Denver has been telling how pretty the trees are - thank you so much for showing us!!!

i think that's a magnolia tree. it's pretty enormous tho. ours is pretty big. it blooms once like in march or april and usually wind blows all the blooms off. so you have to enjoy them fast.

And sigh. we have snow again tonight. i hope the trees and their purty flowers survive this chilly night.

That tree is gorgeous. It seems as if I travel with my camera everywhere because everything is beautiful, and I want to capture it in the moment. Thanks for developing a tutorial for the stitchmarkers. Thanks indeed.

I'm lopving these trees too!!! We have a little, normally sickly-looking crabapple in the front yard. Usually, I want to chop it down, but right now it is making me so happy. It's right in front of the dining room window and so dark pink and sweet smelling! So I think it will survive until at least fall. :)

I feel like I haven't seen you in forever! I can't wait for the margarita meetup. I'm sooooooo excited about that.
