Cute parents, cute shoes!

Let me start by saying...how cute are my parents?! They are so much fun! I spent time with them over the weekend, it was my dad's 61st birthday on Friday! Happy Birthday dad!

I finally got my Sheep shoes in the mail last week...all the way from Germany! (of course my mom got some too!!:) You too can have some sheep shoes, just order them from Baumhouse. I had a great experience with them, no problems at all. Aren't they just soooo fun!

I spent the majority of the weekend at home straightening and rearranging things in my studio, doing laundry, etc. But in between the practical stuff, I did manage to start a secret project for my SP5 over the weekend, and it's moving right along:) Here's the early stages...and that's probably all I'll end up showing you, I can't give away too many hints!! She's a sneaky one my secret pal. She's been known to cruise the blogs trying to figure out who her secret pal is:) Ha! Gotta finish getting ready for work...I'm debating whether or not to tell you my mini-drama that happened over the weekend. But that will just have to wait:)

I love your sheep shoes! I have ordered from Baumhouse in the past using ebay, and you're right, they are so used to overseas customers they have shipping down to a science. I may have to be a copycat because those shoes are the best.
And I love the picture of your parents - you are so blessed to be surrounded by so much love!

Wow. You are a perfect mix of your parents (which btw also makes you DARN cute.) I say this only because I could be standing next to my father and no one would notice a resemblence.

Well, Stacey, of course, now you HAVE to tell us about the weekend mini-drama.

Love the shoes.

Cute shoes, but wow, it would take a very confidant person to pull those off! Good for you. =)

Also, your parents are totally adorable. Happy birthday to your dad, 61 years young!

Happy, Happy belated birthday to your dad! Your parents are very cute together and you look so much like your mom, which is a great compliment. It's up to you if you want to share, but know they were only concerned.

You have to share about the mini-drama, and I'll take my share of the responsibility. At least you know you're loved.

You have many years of looking good in front of you if your parents are any indication!! You're dad looks amazingly young (in comparison to my folks) for his age!! Thanks for sharing!

those birks are super cute. its good to know that they aren't just an urban legend!1

Your title is apropos. Your parents look genuinely happy! And the shoes...the shoes. Cuuuute (so for the excessive use of the letter u)! LOL!

I love those sheepy clogs! I see they only come in narrow . . . have they been uncomfortable at all? I think I would probably have to go a size up!

I couldn't resist, and I've ordered a pair of sheep shoes, too. I don't normally wear Birkenstocks, but these will be the exception. What fun, and thanks for the heads-up!

those are very cute sheep shoes -- question, i'd like to order my own birks (although i probably won't go with the sheep) -- how true to size are they?

thanks.

(you're parents are very cute too)

those shoes are adorable --- almost as cute as the 'rents!

So I've been asked a number of times if the size is true, or what's up with only coming in narrow, and if they are comfortable or not. So, here's the scoop: I usually wear a 38 regular in Birks. I ordered the 38 narrow since that was all they had available. They are comfortable, a little bit smaller than I would have liked. If I had to do it over, I'd probably order a 39 so that it was a little roomier. I was very pleased with the service that I got, and I'd highly recommend getting yourself some!!!
