A few new projects...

...because I finished one project recently, that means I get to cast on for 5 more, right?! This is kind of a pattern for me, I really shouldn't be surprised. What am I knitting on? Well, I started some felted clogs on Saturday (they're almost done!) for a friend. Click here to see a close-up of the novelty yarn! It's all bubblicious, of course I have no idea what it's going to felt like! Everybody cross your fingers...and I'll be sure to take pictures before and after I give them to my friend and she felts them. I'm knitting some secret baby projects for Liam, plus a couple projects that my sister knows about. (the community Liam blankie and a newborn hat for him to wear in the hospital) I started a Koigu Clapotis because that's one of the classes that I'm going to teach this summer. I still haven't finished my toe-up sock yet. Basically, I'm all over the place! Here's a picture of some of the projects...can you tell which is which?!

So when you use that 'bubbly' yarn carried with the feltable yarn, do the bubbles pop out? Does is affect how it felts? I love it.

That bubblicious yarn is crazy! (In the best way.)

No, you're not supposed to cast on for 5 different projects b/c you finished one, but what are you gonna do!!

All of your projects looks so pretty! You and your mom looked like you had a good time fondling..I mean sorting.. the Koigu. :)

The clapper. I just started my first clapotis. Of course, I haven't done a Charlotte's shawl. I can't wait to see the clapotis done. I have not played with Koigu yet. You are really sparking my interest in this yarn.

Hey, I think I see some "candy" by artful yarns sitting there....I have the same thing here, waiting to be made into a hat for my new nephew also! : )

Wow everything looks great. For your Kogui Clappy how many skiens do you think it will take to make it? Are you making it all the same color and the same sz as the pattern? Sounds like a great idea I cannot wait to see it made up!

Almost forgot I am still very intrested in what toe you are using for your toe up socks if you get a chance to let me know I would greatly appreciate it. I love toe up socks but haven't found a toe that I like to do. What increses are you using and what cast on did you use?
