More winter cuteness...

snowman_white trees.jpg

I was given this little Good to be Girl mascot last year, by the goodgirl herself, Amy. Since then she has resided (the snowman, not Amy silly!) in my yarn loft, living amongst my massive collection of straight needles. Well...in the spirit of the season, I've brought her down to the living room. She now lives in a coned yarn, winter wonderland. Who says you can't decorate with yarn? I beg to differ...don't those cones look like trees? I'd love to make some little trees (designed by the talented Stephanie), but I just don't have enough hours in the day. All I want to do right now is go home, get on my new Counting Sheep fleece pants (I also have the sock monkeys!), knit and watch TV. Is it 5:00pm yet?!

One of the reasons I cannot wait for Christmas morn is to see if my husband took the HUGE hint when we were at Target the other week that I really want those sheepy jammie bottoms. (He's super smart...I think they shall be under the tree! Don't usually want for too much, so this is definitely do~able.) Stacey, you did not pass up the pink sheep slipper socks, did you?

I have the sock monkey sheets AND jammies. But somehow, I've never seen the sheep jammies. I guess all of the knitters in this area snapped them up.

What a pretty little winter scene! I want to go home now, too. It's snowy and blowy and all quiet in ministry today.

Of course you can decorate with yarn! You're doing a fantastic job already too. *grin* Those little trees would be so much fun to make..you could decorate them so many ways!
Keep on truckin'. You aren't alone...I'm watching the clock along with you. Have to get back to my cozy house and do some knitting!
