Well, the weekend is almost here, and I'm taking my yarn and heading to the mountains tomorrow morning for a long weekend of knitting with the girls. I can't wait. It's just what I need right now.
There will be lots of pictures and stories when I return to reality on Monday, but until then...I'm living in the land of yarn and knitting. Doesn't that sound fun?
**note to self...before leaving the house, make sure all yarn and knitting bags are out of the range of Jesse, just in case.**
edited to add:
The yarn pictured above is going to be a February Lady Sweater. The yarn is Dream in Color "Classy" in the color In Vino Veritas. I just love that deep burgundy wine color. If you wondered where I picked up this gorgeous yarn, you guessed it! Colorful Yarns has tons of Classy in stock right now. And no...I haven't bought it all yet, but I've been tempted! I just love this stuff...plus it's washable! It doesn't get much better!
Have a great weekend! Sounds like a lot of fun.
