Somebody had a birthday!
Check out those glasses, we really celebrated in style this year! After dinner with the family, the evening was topped off with a slumber party with Aunt Stacey. Alice has been asking, since Christmas Eve when I did this last, when I'll have a sleepover again. I decided her birthday was the perfect time for a sleepover. We even had matching pajamas. We ended up watching a movie in her room, on my computer, with the lights off. Pretty cool stuff. Her response when the movie started was, "Wow, this is a fantastic room." She is too funny. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep and at one point I woke up with her standing right by my head and saying, can you sleep on the floor please? You are bothering me. Ummmm....no, how about you sleep in your own bed, I'm already on the air mattress. Sheesh. It was definitely a great memory though. I went home and took a 3 hour nap and felt much better.
Can you tell that she's a little excited?
She is so adorable! I'm sure Aunt Stacey's sleepover made this a great birthday for her :D
